Sarah D. Keffer’s practice spans a wide range of civil matters, including estate litigation, business litigation, real property litigation, entity formation and dissolution, and corporate governance. She gained foundational practical skills through coursework in deposition strategy, electronic discovery, and mediation. Throughout law school, Sarah held a limited license to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, where she appeared before courts on various motions and gained substantial hands-on experience. Sarah also served in her law school’s Children’s Law Clinic, representing children as a Guardian ad Litem and conducting settlement conferences. She further expanded her courtroom perspective as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Kari Bloom.
Sarah graduated with honors from Marshall University, earning her Bachelor of Science, and later earned her Juris Doctor, also with honors, from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. A proud native of Fayette and Greenbrier Counties, Sarah is dedicated to providing thoughtful, effective representation to the individuals and businesses of West Virginia.
